Strategy Milling was built to fix the metal problems every lab has been fighting for decades. The track record, established since 2012, demonstrates that the Strategy Milling solution is extraordinarily effective.
We are not here to be a vendor. We are here to be a partner. Your reputation depends on consistency. Ours does too. That alignment is why labs trust us.
Most milling centers use dental-grade equipment designed for dental applications. Adequate, but not exceptional. Strategy Milling made a different choice.
We run Röders RXD5 milling systems with RCS Automation, industrial-grade mills at 8,500 lbs. and $500,000 per system. Lights-out. 24-hour milling. Automated handling from start to finish. The same class of machine used in industries where a bad part is simply not an option.
Unlike equipment designed to be replaced every few years, our mills are built to evolve. When our newest RXD5s arrived with updated Race-Cut software, we installed the same upgrade on our original mills. Ten-year-old machines brought to current performance. Precision is engineered, not assumed.
Nowhere else on the planet will you find a manufacturer creating alloy discs in the same manner as Strategy Milling. With its proprietary manufacturing process, Strategy Milling leads North America as the only facility milling four different categories of alloys, including Noble and High Noble in Crown & Bridge and PFM Alloys. Of those alloys, Strategy is the only milling center in the world offering a milled Pd base, Type IV Ceramic alloy. It is the only North American manufacturer offering a milled, high-noble ceramic alloy.
Stop managing multiple vendors and carrying expensive alloy inventory. Strategy Milling gives your lab what it needs, eliminating the inconsistency and overhead that comes with both.
Every alloy disc is cast in our own foundry. We control the elemental composition before your file ever arrives.
Discs are created from four different precious metal alloys in our on-site foundry. No dental laboratory has built this process to control the elemental deviations that occur during each melt. We did.
Every restoration can be traced back to its exact elemental makeup. If a question ever arises about a case, we answer it with data.
We take these steps to improve upon the old process. When elemental deviations occur in alloys, alloys behave differently. This leads to inconsistency. Strategy Milling stopped that.
Strategy Milling was founded by Scott Mappin, a highly skilled analog technician who spent years fighting the same metal problems every lab deals with.
When he couldn’t find a solution, he built one.
That frustration became a mission: give labs a precise, consistent, repeatable standard so they can grow without fighting metal every week.
That mission still drives everything we do.
