Digitally manufactured complete dentures can be delivered in as few as 2 appointments and seamlessly integrated into your existing practice workflows.

From Old to New
Using the patient’s existing denture, take a reline impression with light- or medium-body PVS. Capture upper, lower, and bite records using your iOS scanner. Once digitized, export the data to the laboratory. The patient is dismissed and leaves with their denture—quick, easy, and efficient.
Design and Try-in
The laboratory will provide the clinician with the digital denture design for editing or approval. The approval is necessary to move forward to production. A try-in option is available. Clinician can deliver a try-in denture to evaluate esthetics, phonetics and occlusion. We recommend the patient wear the denture for 2-4 weeks. 1-additional appointment, the clinician will take the same iOS records they used to start the digital denture process. This enables us to optimize the intaglio and occlusal surfaces for minimum adjustments for final delivery.
Delivery of Final Digital Denture
For the clinician, nothing changes in your established workflows. For the technician, unless you want a custom-tinted denture, there will be no extra labor.
